Thread: Constipation

    My 11 year old mix seems to become constipated more often now that he is a little older. The vet recently took care of the problem and suggested we use cooked carrots or green beans to help him in this area. Does anyone have any other successful antitodes for this problem?

    Hi Gary, When my old dog started to have this problem the vet recommended a small bit of Muselix mixed in with her food (not the orange kind, they hate it). You should ask him if this is ok for your dog and how much to give. It ws a small amount for my little 15 pound dog...
