    Basic dental care!

    Mostly all animal not washing teeth. but human only take teeth proper washing, why?
    without washing our dental bad smell coming out from mouth. why?

    # Have a dental checkup at LEAST EVERY 6 MONTHS.
    # Brush at least twice a day with a soft toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste.
    # Use floss every day.
    # Use a proxybrush daily
    # Use a anti-microbial mouth rinse to control gingivitis.
    # Use a topical application of fluoride for dry mouth

    Of course, you need to brush your teeth everyday, but considering the high-sugar food products available in the market today, once a day may no longer be enough. Most dentists would recommend brushing your teeth three times a day, preferably once after breakfast, lunch and dinner. Your brushing strokes are also going to matter when you really want to make sure your teeth and the spaces in between them are all cleaned up.
