A rescue dog is soon to become a 'first dog" at the White House. This is good news for rescue dogs generally, as it raises their profile. But that is not all...Major the rescue dog is to have his own "indoguration"!
"Ahead of ...[the human inauguration], Major's former home is hosting an "Indoguration" for the pup on Zoom, in an effort to celebrate the first-ever shelter pup to become First Dog, and raise some money for other dogs like Major. It will take place on Sunday, January 17 at 3 p.m. ET." This is an excellent opportunity for folk to help raise money for homeless dogs and learn more about their plight.
