I removed your credit card number because it could have exposed you to fraudulent scammers. If you would like to increase your chances of getting donations, I would suggest the following:

1. A brief account of how the accident happened.
2. A summary of the medical treatment which is necessary.
3. A scanned copy of the veterinary estimate. The name, address, phone number and email of the vet should be visible on the estimate, so that potential donors can check authenticity for themselves.

In addition, you might like to consider putting an appeal on some crowdfunding sites: gofundme, indiegogo, crowdfunder, etc.
