For those who don't know, a cria is the name for a baby alpaca. Today we looked in the field and found that Denny and Jenny had their first offspring! It looks like a female, although we didn't go too close, in order not to upset the mother-cria relationship on their first day together. Mother and cria both look very happy and healthy.
