I don't know what to call this thread, a farewell and a welcome I guess

So I've been told I can have a ferret, just 1, kept at my friend's pet shop as he can see I'm in a depressive state despite the fact I have my pups Echo and Calypso (I do regular voluntary work at his shop). So I've spoken to the woman who's got Grimm, Scylla and Inka and she's agreed to keep them permanent as she knows I don't want to split up the trio as it took so long to get them to live peacefully with eachother, and I've also been offered pick of the litter from somebody who bought a ferret kit off me in 2017 and also adopted a jill I rescued last year, they've had babies so I'm going to take her offer and have a female. I've not decided which but I'll post again which one I choose to be mine.
She'll be singleton ferret like my first ferret who I was most bonded to and I'm hoping I can have the same bond with this little one as I did with Florence

Best of luck with everything! I'm looking forward to finding out who you adopt. Have you already begun thinking about names or are you a person who matches names to their personality?

I have chosen a kit, a female. I've named her Freya and I'll upload some photos soon :)

I also have a lonely ferret, unfortunately I can’t have many ferrets in the apartment.

Welcome back to the forum Suio! What is your ferret's name? And how old are they? We have a few members now who have ferrets which is really exciting. I've not had a lot to do with them myself, so I love getting to read more about them. Feel free to head over to the Introduce Yourself section of the forum and tell everyone a bit more about yourself. Maybe even share a photo of your ferret?
