I really don't see the point in that video. The quality is so bad you can't make him out and why take video of him tied up and hurting his neck like that?

I agree Lurcher. He is a beautiful dog, but every time he lunges forward the leash jerks at his neck. That can cause such terrible damage.
I also find the soundtrack very unpleasant. I turned the volume right down straight away!
