I'm so glad that you took in a rescue dog, Bob! It somehow doesn't seem right some people pay thousands for a dog, when there are so many stray dogs who would love to have a home.

PS The cartoon and the photo really complement each other!

Happy to see another rescue found a good home! There are to many that haven't. Is there a story behind her rescue? We would love to hear it!

We did not learn too much about Molly from the shelter; only that she was from West Virginia and was a terrier/hound mix. She is a one family dog; suspicious of strangers and aggressive with other dogs. We have consulted with trainers but I suspect at 10 years old Molly may no longer be moldable. So we keep a close eye on her and avoid dog parks.

Lovely dog! And you've really caught her likeness in your artwork.
All this talk of religion, but it's how you live your life that is the all-important thing.
If you set out each day to do all the goodness and kindness that you can, and to do no harm to man or beast, then you are walking the highest path.
And when your time is up, if you can leave the earth a better place than you found it, then yours will have been a life well lived.
