    Clever sheep! Watch and enjoy!

"Just a load of sheep"...."Like a lamb to the slaughter"....."He looks sheepish"......"I might as well be hung for a sheep as a lamb".....and so on. There are plenty of such expressions, almost all of them emphasing the negative aspects.

Yet in reality, sheep are actually intelligent animals who deserve better credit than most people give them. I ought to know, as I had a flock of sheep for a good number of years and still have two ewes whom we are keeping "for the duration". We gave them all names, and some of them would come when we called just their name and not that of another.

Anyway, I found mention of this wonderful video on another forum and it will truly open your eyes to how intelligent and useful sheep are:

    Enjoy! I certainly did!

Lovely video! A very slick piece of production. Will really connect with people I think.
All this talk of religion, but it's how you live your life that is the all-important thing.
If you set out each day to do all the goodness and kindness that you can, and to do no harm to man or beast, then you are walking the highest path.
And when your time is up, if you can leave the earth a better place than you found it, then yours will have been a life well lived.

I lived in New Zealand for a year. Met more than a few sheep on that trip. There are about three times as many of them as there are people! They certainly don't deserve such a bad reputation, sheep are clever animals indeed

I've seen that clip before and absolutely love it. They are great animals and just like cows and pigs, are very clever, loving and fun creatures.
