    found this at my house the other day, no idea what it is, never seen anything like it around here

    It is a coati. Their colourings vary slightly, but your animal clearly was one of those. If you search on Google for "Wild animals in Mexico", you will see a few pictures. If you wish to read more, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coati

    Yes I agree with LPC, it is a Coati.
    Have you taken him/her to the vets yet, even if he/she is not injured you should.
    :D
