Some help with identification plz

so I have been living in South MS for a great part of my life and I am pretty familiar with calls of the wild animals. I recorded this with a cellphone and then had a buddy of mine audio clean it. I've never heard this before; not anything like our usual critters down here. I could really use some help with this; my curiousity is going wild.
