lol, I agree with Smiffy, my cousins dog never looked like that, however he was a farm dog and never ever groomed, tons and tons of hair on him, unfortunatly that ment he had one side that was nothing but one big mass of tangles and matted hair. But he was that coloration and was still a beautiful dog that had a similar look. You could still tell he was a Springer. And they do come in solid black as well.

Could be the grooming, she may be kept clipped short or she maybe a diffrent breed, send us a picture we can let you know for sure without a problem.
