Hey, my dog has anxiety and I heard certain foods help to release chemicals to help calm down dogs. I already give her carrots on occasion, but want to know if there is any other foods in which would have the same effects? If you could list a website concluding the information you list would be very much appreciated. Thank you all

I think it is more geared towards Rescue Remady which is an actual food type designed to put a dog at ease somehow. Have never used it myself.
