Orhpaned kittens

My friend has been feeding & looking after 3 kitty's who were dropped by a wild cat, that she had been feeding. she found the kittens in her driveway, brought them in cleaned them up, made a nest, has been feeding them , getting up at night, with an eyedropper & kitten milk(store bought) making sure they pee & Poop. Now two just died, she is so upset, I wonder if she can save the last one! Any advice? thanks

She needs to consult a vet and get professional help. It all depends on their age as to what they need.
