I have a puppy but not Labrador, I engaged him with dog toys and at that same time I feed them. My puppy really likes toys.

Most vets and breeders believe that kibble is the best way to feed a puppy. And you are likely to get support from your vet if you decide to feed your puppy on dry food.

A very warm *Welcome* to the forum! I look forward to reading more of your posts. Please go to the introduction section of the forum to tell us about yourself and any pets you may have.

However, I doubt that any reputable vet would refuse support for a puppy - regardless of what food has been given. Indeed, this vet's site recommends a mix of dry and wet food:

Quote from that website: "The best option is usually to feed your puppy a combined diet of dry kibble with moist dog food."

You can ask your dogs vet about that matter and it would be better :-).

In most parts of the world, you can buy ready-made pelleted puppy food of good quality. Otherwise known as 'kibble', these dried, pelleted foods come in sacks or cartons. Once daily feeding is probably fine if you decide to feed raw meat. But with kibble, it may be too much dry food in one go. So I recommend that you feed your adult dog morning and evening. The amount of food that your Labrador puppy needs to eat each day must be divided into several portions. But sometimes you have to provide some toys for them which helps to engage them and you can found such products from Removed Commercial Link
