Hello I have an 11 week old kitten called Walter.
I am currently feeding him 100g of wet food a day in 4 portions.

1st portion at 8am, 2nd at 12pm, 3rd at 3pm and fourth 6pm.

Here is the link to the exact product: http://groceries.asda.com/product/wet-kitten-food/felix-kitten-pouches-mixed-selection-in-jelly/25611973

Am I doing this right? Because every time we enter the kitchen he meows for more, we don't give him anymore until its the right time.

Is that a good diet for our kitten?

Thanks to anyone that replies :) !

Welcome to the forum! The amount of food depends on the kitten's weight rather than its age. Here is an excellent guide:

If your kitten keeps on asking for more, s/he may well be hungry. Most kittens only eat what they need, so the risk of overfeeding is minimal. However, it wise to spread the food over several meals per day. At 11 weeks, probably you could try reducing frequency to three times per day.

This site might be helpful??

http://www.naturesmenu.co.uk/product-kitten-pouches.aspx

I presume you are in the UK as your link was to the Asda store.

Nature's Menu may be a healthier food, although more expensive. However, 48 pouches for £33...something isn't too bad for a more natural food. But as you go along you may be able to discover other sources of a more natural ingredients list than the Felix ones. Although I do know many cats do like Felix! I am looking after a cat at the moment and she loves it!

I didn't check the delivery notes on that site. But it might be that if you spend a certain amount, there will be free delivery in the UK.(?) So in that case it would make sense to buy in bulk. And they may do another kitten food besides chicken. I didn't check that either.
