Well My new filly finally arrived from MN and after a week of rains and snow, we finally got a good day to get a bath and get pretty pictures taken.

yes both of your guys are cute to. They are about a month older than my fillies as both of mine were born in April.

So how are you doing with training? My two are coming along...we're using John Lyons techniques for training, but one is almost entirely feral and the other has come along nicely and seems to be affectionate (if a little nervous). Was yours imprinted and handled a lot before she came to you, or are you training her totally from scratch?

Both Ladybug and Topper were halter broke and partially trained before getting here. Toper loads in a trailer like a dream. she will load up even in the dark by flashlight, and both 'self load'. One day I wanted to take the mule some where and had the trailer gate open and BOTH the fillies jumped right in the trailer and stood there waiting to go. I had to bribe them OUT of the trailer.

I recently took the whole crew to the vet over an hour away and they all sottk like champions for every thing. Though Lady bug did Holler a bit when she had to go in the barn out of sight of the other two for a bit when the vet needed to look at her eye.
