my cousin looked into racehorse poning i do know that they would like you tou have gelding. you really don't want something small a 15 to 16 hand quarter horse would fit the bill but make sure it and you already know how to pony another horse because it can be very dangerous

When it comes to ponying you may tend to go with an older horse but I find that it all comes down to personality. You want a laid back non jealous horse that will go with the flow. If you are ponying racehorses then I would get an independant dominant horse that will help mellow out an up tight equine.
